Hand harvesting and sorting. Pressed rosé with light maceration of Pinot Noir. The grape varieties are pressed separately. Blending takes place before alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months in inerted tanks (to protect aromas and prevent oxidation).
Rosé wine with a beautiful pale pink color, clear and limpid. The palate is charming, fresh, and long, with notes of strawberry, a smooth texture, and a floral finish.
Aperitif, grilled meats, duck confit salad, grilled halloumi, grilled vegetables, grilled shrimp.
